Taboo on going abroad. For debts to nature, engineer from Yutazinsky district will not be able to leave Russia

The ban on going abroad is set for the chief engineer of one of the enterprises of the Yutazinsky district. The reason for this is the outstanding debt of 20 thousand RUR. Administrative penalty in the form of a fine to an official was imposed by the inspectors of the Priik territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan for untimely submission of information on the fulfillment of the conditions for the use of subsoil in the extraction of solid minerals (Form 2-LS). This fact is a violation of part 1. Art. 7.3. of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Subsoil use without a license for the use of subsoil). Environmentalists drafted an administrative report on this article and issued a resolution to collect a fine of 20 thousand RUR. The offender ignored his obligation to pay the fine, for which the inspectors brought him to responsibility under Art. 20.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Evasion from execution of administrative punishment), and the case was transferred to the bailiffs at the place of residence. By decision of bailiffs of the city of the October Republic of Bashkortostan, the intruder is recognized as a restricted traveler.
