A wooden 2 meter high fence became an obstacle to the passage to the shoreline of the Shilna River. On this fact that the inhabitants of the village of Sanar of Tukaevo district informed the ecologists. The inspectors of the Prikamsky territorial department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the place. According to Art. 6 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation, “a strip of land along the shoreline (the water body boundary) of a public water body (coastal strip) is intended for general use.” An administrative report has been drawn up in accordance with Art. 8.12.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Non-compliance with the provision of free access of citizens to a public water body and its coastal strip) and an order to eliminate the violation was issued. The owner of this building demolished the illegal fence within the time set by the environmentalists, thereby ensuring free access of citizens to the Shilna River.
