“No way to pass”. Environmentalists of the Priik Administration revealed illegal construction in Bavly near the water

The Priik Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received citizens' appeal. A resident of Bavly complained about a neighbour who blocked the path to the tributary of the river Bavlinka by a metal wire mesh fence. To clarify the situation, the inspectors of the Priik Administration visited the site. Environmentalists found that this fact is a violation of environmental legislation under Art. 8.12.1. “Failure to comply with the provision of free access for citizens to a public water body and its coastal strip”. The inspectors made an administrative report under Art. 8.12.1. and issued an order to remove the violation. In case of failure to comply with the requirements of environmentalists, the offender will be prosecuted under Art. 19.5. of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and the materials will be submitted to the court.
