Now residents of the village of Kuibyshevskiy zaton of Kamsk-Ustinsky district can come to the Volga River without obstacles. According to the environmentalists order, illegal construction was removed from the river bank. A 2-meter-high metal fence was revealed by the inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during an inspection of water protection zones. The ecologists compiled an administrative report on art. 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Non-compliance with the provision of free access of citizens to a public water body and its coastal strip) and obliged to eliminate the violation. Illegal construction is demolished, free access of citizens to the Volga River is provided.
