40,000 RUR fine for restricting access to reservoir. Court decided on the suit of CJSC Virage

Mountains of construction rubble, which obstruct the passage to the Kuibyshev reservoir, were revealed by the inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in June this year. CJSC Virage made storage of construction materials on the coastal strip in half a meter from the water body. The area of ​​the cluttered territory was 70 sq.m. For non-observance of the conditions for provision of free access to the public water body and its coastal strip, an administrative report was drawn up in accordance with Article 8.12.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. A decision was made to impose a fine of 40 thousand rubles. Considering it illegal and unreasonable, the offender applied to the Tetyush District Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. Based on the results of the review, the Court refused to satisfy the claim. For violation of environmental legislation, the company will pay a fine.
