To unite efforts in the work on environmental education and introduce a new format of ECO education. This was said today in Naberezhnye Chelny at the forum "Methods of forming ecological literacy in educational institutions of the Prikamsky region of the Republic of Tatarstan". About 400 teachers of educational institutions of Naberezhnye Chelny, Agryz, Aktanysh, Yelabuga, Mamadysh, Menzelin, Mendeleev and Tukayevo districts took part in the forum. "This event is held with the aim of studying the best practices of environmental education and the mastering by teachers of modern technology and technology of ECO education," said Almir Almiev, head of the Information and Analytical Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. - The issues of environmental education and education play an important role in shaping the child's personality. It is the measures of the ecological direction that contribute to the involvement of the younger generation in the study of natural resources of the native land, instilling of a careful attitude to nature and the formation of ecological culture." The participants of the forum told about the projects and activities that showed the highest results on ECO education. Guzel Krasnoperova, coordinator of the environmental movement "Muzora.Bolshe.Net.Naberezhnye Chelny," noted that participation in environmental actions can change the ecological thinking of the population. "The implemented project "ECO-assets"united 50 schools of Autograd, the students of which organized collection of waste paper, batteries and plastic bottles. This environmental action has gained popularity in the city, so now schoolchildren are asking for the continuation of this event," Guzel Krasnoperova told. Formation of ecological literacy of students of the City Children's Ecological and Biological Center of Naberezhnye Chelny also occurs through participation in public activities. Annually in the institution of additional education, environmental measures are taken to clean up the city, improve the springs and make feeders and nest boxes, in which children are happy to participate. Analyzing these and other speeches, the forum participants came to the conclusion that it is necessary to unite efforts in the work on environmental education and introduce a new format of ECO education. The new method is a series of events in which the transfer of ECO knowledge from the older generation to the younger one will take place. These are environmental lessons that teachers will teach high school students, high school students - younger children, and they, in turn, - preschool children.
