Environmentalists held “Open Day”

Today, the “Open Day” organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was held throughout the Republic of Tatarstan. “Such events enable to interact even more closely with the population and understand exactly which issues are of concern to residents of Tatarstan. It’s nice that the state of the environment, the ecological education of the younger generation, participation in environmental activities do not leave indifferent the Tatarstan people,” said Farid Abdulganiev, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. He stressed that for the convenience of citizens in the republic there is a republican public environmental desk where all communication channels are available.

A number of issues were touched upon: violations in the field of ecology, improvement of public spaces, education of the population, interaction in eco-education. In particular, the teachers of the Kazan Transport College offered to help students in carrying out large-scale environmental protection measures. They noted that this will involve young people in active public activities and will serve as an example for the entire younger generation of the republic.
