Young scientists of Tatarstan are invited to participate in the International Scientific Conference “Chemistry and Engineering Ecology – XVII”. The event is dedicated to the Year of Ecology and Public Spaces in the Republic of Tatarstan. The conference will be held on September 27-29, 2017 at the Kazan National Research Technical Institute named after A.N. Tupolev. The participants will present scientific reports in 5 sections:

Results of the final stage of the All-Russian Ecology Olympiad of 2017 among students of 9-11 grades were summed up in the University of Industrial Technology and Design, St. Petersburg. This year teams from 64 regions of the Russian Federation took part in it. A team of schoolchildren from the Republic of Tatarstan won the maximum number of awards, thus becoming the leader in the Russian Federation in the category “Ecology”.

May 11 is the Establishment Day of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. On this occasion, the Head of Rosprirodnadzor Artem Sidorov congratulated the staff of the Ministry: “The protection, reproduction, and rational use of natural resources is, without exaggeration, the most important state tasks that you carry out”. The Head of Rosprirodnadzor noted the dynamic development of the Tatarstan Ministry of Ecology and progress in addressing issues related to environmental protection.
