8.2 million rubles were recovered by Tatarstan bailiffs for environmental violations

For 6 months of 2019, bailiffs of Tatarstan charged more than 8.2 million rubles for violations of environmental legislation, according to the official website of the UFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. Most of the enforcement proceedings related to the execution of administrative and criminal penalties were in the form of collection of fines and material damage. In addition, within the framework of 17 enforcement proceedings, debtors are restricted in their right to travel outside the Russian Federation.
