Transportation with violation. Kazan citizens are punished for non-observance of municipal rules of improvement

The fact of violating the rules for transportation of bulk cargo in Kazan was fixed by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. In two trucks, sand was transported in the cargo body without special coating.
