Unfavorable weather conditions didn’t stop “black diggers”. Another violation in the field of the use of natural resources was prevented last weekend in Kazan on Yuzhno-promyshlennaya street (near Otara village). Sand was extracted without the relevant documentation on the area of 1.2 thousand square meters. The drivers of an auto-loader and a digger were apprehended, and KAMAZ trucks that transported common mineral resources were registered. Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology drew a protocol according to part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Use of natural resources without an appropriate license to use natural resources”. All the documents pertaining to the case will be referred to the law enforcement agencies to initiate a criminal case.

The contest is aimed at propaganda of careful attitude to natural resources, their rational use, as well as involvement in nature protection activity. Pupils of 1-11 forms can participate in the contest along with groups, creative associations of music and pre-school educational establishments that show interest in studying and preservation of the native environment.

More than 93% landfills revealed in 2015 in Tatarstan have already been liquidated – the information of the State Inspection for Ecological Surveillance under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
