The group round of basketball competitions took place on December 6, 2014 in Kazanin the framework of the Spartakiade of State and municipal officials of the Republic of Tatarstanin the Universal Sports Complex “Vatan”. The team of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan made the basketball playoffs after successful completion of the group stage. The next game will take place on December13th.

Presentation of geo-information systems of the Republic for the fellow workers of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was demonstrated in the technopark of high technologies “IT-park”. Participants familiarized with work of “IT-park”, visited offices for small and medium IT-companies, and a business incubator for 40 startups. The latest achievements of the Tatar developers in the field of rendering of state e-services were shown to the fellow workers of the Ministry at the Center for the System for dispatching emergency servicesGLONASS+112.

City stage of the All-Russian Junior Contest “New growth”started in Kazan.The contest is held by Kazan Board of Educationtogether with Kazan Children’s Ecological and Biological Center. Today, the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorovdelivered Letters of Gratitude to the fellow workers of the Ministry who took active part in the contest on the use of the Portal of State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The contest was held from May 19th until November 30th, 2014. The following people were among the winners:
1st place – Sirena Ibatullina, leading expert of the Sector for interaction with mass media;
2nd place – Elvira Nurieva, leading expert of the Specialized Inspection for Analytical Controlof the Cis-Kama Territorial Department;

Experts of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected the system for collection and recuperation of fuel vaporsat theoil delivery terminalof “TATNEFT” OJSC of Tukaevo district.
Today, equipment of gas filling stations is carried out by companies in two principal ways: the first one is to equip gas filling stations directly with systems for collection and recuperation of fuel vapors. Today, at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources – Chief State Inspector for Nature Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Ramil Nizamov,and Deputy Prosecutor of the Interdistrict Kazan Nature Protection Prosecutor’s Office Ravil Akhmetzyanov carried out technical training of state inspectorson nature protection powers in the context of making amendments to the administrative legislation of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation as of November 15th, 2014.The event was held in the form of a video conference with participation of heads and inspectors of territorial departments of the Ministry.

Solemn celebrations related to the 60th anniversary of the Department for Geology of Oil and Gas were held today at Kazan (Volga) Federal University.Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Timur Akchurin participated in the event. He delivered the Certificate of Merit to the team of the Department for Oil and Gas Geology of the Institute of Geology and Oil and Gas Technologies of Kazan (Volga) Federal Universityon behalf of the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorov for significant contribution into the system of education and geological science, as well as development of oil and gas field in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The All-Russian Congress“Regulation of the use and protectionof water resources, legal status of shores, andwater fund lands” is held today in Moscow.The Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorovparticipates in the congress.
Agenda of the event includes discussion of the legal basis ofwater resources management in Russia, peculiarities of land turnoveroccupied by water facilities and hydraulic engineering structures; the practices regarding disputes related to the use and protection of water facilities, coastline, water protection and sanitary zones will also be reviewed. The issues will be discussed on the example of the Russian and foreign experience. A round table on the“Problems and trends of water legislation development in Russia. Shore regulation” will also be held during the conference.
