On April 1, together with the sanitary and ecological two-month period, a campaign to collect batteries was launched. Kindergarten students and students of general education organizations, as well as kindergartens and schools in the Republic of Tatarstan, can take part in it. During the campaign, it is necessary to collect spent power sources and bring all the collected batteries to the base collection points from May 26 to May 31. Such collection points, and there will be more than 50 of them in Tatarstan, will be organized in each municipality. It will also be possible to donate batteries to the territorial departments of the Ministry of Ecology.

Inspectors of the Kama department have identified unauthorized dumping of waste in the city of Agryz. The landfill was located in an uninhabited area near Agryzskaya St. on an area of 135 sq. m. 

As part of the sanitary two-month period, inspectors from the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology, together with specialists from the Department for ensuring compliance with the established procedure for using roadside lanes of the territorial administration in Naberezhnye Chelny of GBU BDD, conducted an on-site inspection of roadside lanes.

The children took part in an eco-quest, where they guessed natural riddles and guessed birds by their voices. The children also learned about the festive dates dedicated to birds and ornithologists. 

As part of the two-month cleanliness campaign, which is underway in the Republic on behalf of the Head of Tatarstan, R. N. Minnikhanov, inspectors from the Zakamsky Department identified four unauthorized landfills. Landfills have been identified both in Nizhnekamsk and Nizhnekamsk region.

 

On the Day of the Geologist, the Ministry of Ecology awarded departmental honorary awards and certificates to employees for their many years of conscientious work and great contribution to environmental protection, exploration of the subsoil and reproduction of the mineral resource base of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The inspectors of the Zavolzhsky department became experts of the correspondence stage of the "Green Echpochmak" case championship, which was held among students of the Buinsky district.

As part of the sanitary and ecological two-month campaign in the Republic in support of the national project "Ecological well-being", inspectors from the Volga-Kama department identified three landfills in Alekseevskoye village. Two waste storage sites are located on Michurina Street, and another location is located on Naberezhnaya Street.


 

Inspectors of the Zakamsky department, together with pupils of the kindergarten "Sunny" in Nizhnekamsk, discussed the role and importance of birds in nature and human life as part of an eco-lesson. The children learned about ecosystems, how birds participate in them, and how they help other inhabitants.

Since the beginning of the year, 1,180 applications have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception, 751 of them have already been resolved.
