The Total Resolution of the IV Congress on Environmental Protection is adopted

On December 4, 2013, on the day of final sitting of the Congress, 2 thousand delegates from 83 regions of Russia voted for the Resolution adoption. The document, final version of which assumes creation of the Federal Environmental Council affiliated to the Government of the Russian Federation, was supported by 93% of voters.

The I All-Russian Youth Environmental Forum took place in Moscow

On December 4, 2013, within the framework of the IV All-Russian Congress on Environmental Protection, the I All-Russian Youth Environmental Forum took place at the Crocus City Hall. Active involvement of youth into campaigns related to environmental protection and formation of environmental culture of the population became its main purpose. Within the framework of the Forum, participants from different regions of Russia shared their best practices of implementation of projects in the environmental protection sphere, and discussed new directions of nature protection activity.

Work of a private enterprise is suspended in Naberezhnye Chelny

At the beginning of November the Cis-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a complaint of a dense smoke with a sharp smell coming from a pipe of one of the city’s enterprises. The complaint was received through an online reception of the official website of the government.

The IV All-Russian Congress on Environmental Protection continues its work

The IV All-Russian Congress on Environmental Protection continues its work in Moscow. Panel discussions, working and presentation sessions will take place at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center today. The most topical issues of environmental protection, in particular, ensuring of rational environment usage, improvement of environment quality, monitoring and control of environmental safety, role of ecology in the national economy of the country, and experience of subjects of the Russian Federation, will be considered in the course of discussions and sessions.

Artem Sidorov: “The Year for protection of Environment in the Russian Federation added a new momentum to the development of ecological component of economy”

Burning problems in the field of environment protection are discussed today at the All-Russian Convention in Moscow. More than 2 thousand people from 83 regions of Russia, whereof 52 are delegates of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the IV All-Russian Convention for Environment Protection. The Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorov told about the aspects of ecological policy in the Republic of Tatarstan during the conference “Ecological aspects of regional policy”.

The IV All-Russian Congress on Environmental Protection Started Its Work

Today, in Moscow, the IV All-Russian Congress on Environmental Protection has opened at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation is the main organizer of the event. Discussion of major environmental problems, search for their solutions, and improvement of nature protection legislation in Russia are main purposes of the Congress.

The All-Russian Day for Reception of Citizens will be held on December 12, 2013

In compliance with the order of the President of the Russian Federation, every year starting from December 12, 2013, on the Day of the Constitution of the Russian Federation the All-Russian Day for Reception of Citizens will be held from 12 o’clock until 20 o’clock local time at the Receiving office of the President of the Russian Federation for reception of citizens in Moscow, at receiving offices of the President of the Russian Federation in the federal districts and administrative centers of constituent entities of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as receiving offices of the President of the Russian Federation), in federal authorities and the relevant territorial bodies, federal state authorities and the relevant territorial bodies, executive authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the state authorities), and at local self-governing authorities.

Ecologists Visited the Federal Center for Toxicological, Radiological, and Biological Safety

Artem Sidorov, the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the Federal Center for Toxicological, Radiological, and Biological Safety “FCTRB-ARRVI”. Federal State Budgetary Institution “FCTRB-ARRVI” is a modern center with high intellectual and technical potential. The center has up-to-date facilities and highly qualified experts, among which there are more than 100 doctors and candidates of science.

On November 28, 2013, the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorov took part in the opening of the spring in the Zangar-Kul settlement of the Rybnaya Sloboda municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan. The campaign was devoted to the Year of environmental culture and protection in the Republic of Tatarstan.
