The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan exercises regular control over compliance with the requirements of the license for the use of mineral resources on water. In particular, the vessels of inland river and mixed navigation used for the extraction of common mineral resources should be equipped with trackers and connected to the unified state information system, the Global Navigation Satellite System (GLONASS+112").
