The 72 International Youth Scientific Conference "Oil and gas-2018" will be held in Moscow in the Russian State University of oil and gas, named after I.M. Gubkin, on April 23-26, 2018. The students of higher and secondary educational institutions, as well as young scientists and specialists of organizations of oil and gas industry of the age up to 35 years can participate in the event.
The reception of applications for participation in the international competition of short films about water "We are water", with participants over 18 years old, has started.
The contest is held on three nominations:
- Documentary film;
- Feature film;
- Animation.
The Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan found today on the bank of the Kinderka River in amount of 400 cubic metres. Unauthorized storage of snow was recorded by ecologists under the bridge of the motorway M7 at the intersection of the Soviet District of Kazan and Vysokogorsky District of the Republic.
The untreated wastewaters of the branch of the OJSC "TGC-16" - "Kazan CHPP-3" entered into the Kazanka River. Excess sulfates, ion phosphates, petroleum products, phenol and other contaminants were detected by the inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during the joint raid with representatives of the Kazan Inter-District Environmental Prosecutor's Office. The instrumental sampling of wastewaters coming from the enterprise was made.
More than a thousand of Tatarstan volunteers will take part in ECOspring - 2018. The list of finished goods subject to disposal has been expanded from 36 up to 54. This has been reported on the official website of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation. The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed the Directions "On introduction of changes into the list of finished goods, including packing, subject to disposal after the loss of consumer properties", approved by the Direction of the RF Government No.
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan will receive reports on education, use, clearance and allocation of waste from small and medium-sized business entities unit March 1. The reporting is necessary for a clear understanding: what wastes and in what quantities are generated, to which specialized organizations these wastes are transferred in accordance with the concluded contracts.
The application for the national award in the field of ecology and geography “Crystal Compass” was launched. Nominees can be citizens of the Russian Federation and other countries, creative unions, domestic and foreign organizations and enterprises that have implemented projects in the field of geography and ecology, preservation and promotion of natural and historical and cultural heritage in 2017.
the XXII International Scientific Symposium of Students and Young Scientists named after Academician Mikhail Usov “Issues of Geology and Development of Subsurface Resources” will be held on November 2-7, 2018 on the base of Tomsk Polytechnic University. The event is dedicated to the 155th anniversary of the birth of Academician Vladimir Obruchev, the 135th anniversary of the birth of Academician Mikhail Usov, the founder of the Siberian Mining and Geological School, and the 110th anniversary of the first graduation of mining engineers in Siberia.
Kazan schoolchildren of grades 5-8 can take part in the KVN team game on the topic "Green Country", which will be held on February 16, 2017. The organizers of the event are the Education Department of the Executive Committee of Kazan and the City Ecological and Biological Center.
