The public utilities carried out the improvement works of biological treatment plant at the Kamsko-Ustyinsky and Kuybyshevsko-Zatonsky enterprises. The preventive measures were the consequence of the environmentalists’ inspection.

The lesson devoted to the nature conservation was held at the Municipal Rehabilitation Centre “Zdravushka” in Kazan. Environmental education activity for disabled kids was carried out by the experts of the Nature Ministry and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The results of the contest of birdhouses "A palace to each starling" were summed up today in the premises of school No. 4 in the city of Zelenodolsk. Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Board of Education of the Executive Committee of Zelenodolskiy District organized the campaign. About one hundred bird houses were submitted for participation.

The fact of incineration of garbage without further purification was fixed in the territory of the Nizhnekamsk enterprise by the inspectors of Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

Today FayazShakirov,Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief State Inspector in the field of Environmental Protection,held a zonal meeting in Nizhnekamsk dedicated to the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period. AlekseiLobanov, Head of Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology, representatives of Zainskiy, Nizhnekamskiy and Sarmanovskiy districts participated in the event. 

Why should you save water and protect water bodies? The answers to these and other questions were pursued today by the students of the first ecological class in the republic. A lesson dedicated to the World Day of Waterwas held for students by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Elena Gilmizyanova,Chief specialist told the first form schoolchildren about the history of the holiday and about water objects of Tatarstan.
