At a meeting with the Head of environmental authority, residents of the Volga-Kama region of Tatarstan discussed implementation of environmental protection measures, removal of solid waste and storage of bulky waste, replenishment of the central library with environmental literature. Aleksandr Shadrikov noted: “It is gratifying that residents are concerned about environmental issues. Constructive interaction between authorities and population determines the mode of ongoing dialogue and systematic work”. Required explanations were given for all appeals.

A survey of the territory confirmed the violation of water legislation. “It’s not for the first time that we face this violation in the coastal strip of this water body: neighbors, looking at each other, construct fences, and the places are very picturesque here”, said Lyudmila Nayakshina, State Inspector of the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology.

Specialists of Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan told pupils of the 4th grade of secondary school No. 21 about the world, its diversity and records. “Forests occupy about a third of the land, which is about 40 million square km, and only 7% of them are planted by man”, ecologists noted.

Actually, life here is active: the woodpecker continues its work, the squirrels gallop along the branches, leaving their warm nests to play and enjoy the seeds of spruce, bullfinch and tomtits are whistling”, ecologists began their story.
In 2018, the Republican Public Environmental Reception received 10,457 messages. Most of them – 5,599 - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application. According to the “People’s control” system, ecologists reviewed 1,327 messages, 1,300 notifications via WhatsApp, Telegram, Eco.signal, “Hotline” communication channels.
The Meeting was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Egor Tarnavsky. During the event, the Regulations on Interdepartmental Project Office in Main Direction of Strategic Development "Ecology" were reviewed and approved.

Inspectors of Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with a representative of the garden society “Sadovod-NK”, carried out a raid to monitor the Sobolekovo Lake. In the course of the raid, inspectors recorded 20 sites with violations under Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (“Non-compliance with conditions for ensuring free access of citizens to a public water body and its coastal strip”) and under Article 7.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (“Unauthorized occupation of water body with violation of the established conditions").
