One of the basic principles of environmental education is the principle of scientific knowledge and reliability of facts. But how to tell young children about how plants multiply, about the benefits and harms of oil, about the strength of a bear or the birth of a butterfly? How to tell, without violating the children's craving for cognition, how to enthrall and interest, because the discussion material is for the most part nothing but dry, rigorous scientific facts that are often simply incomprehensible to children. In order to improve the effectiveness of environmental education a regional seminar was held for educators and methodologists of pre-school educational institutions in the premises of "Vasilyev Buzhinsky Kindergarten" of Arskiy district.

During an environmental raid, inspectors of the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration found a cluttering container site in one of the garden societies in Nizhnekamskiy district. Due to the overcrowding of bunkers, household and construction waste was stored outside the landfill. The total area of ​​cluttering was 20 square meters. An order to eliminate this violation with a deadline was issued to the SNT.
