Employees of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted classes on promoting respect for nature in the children's recreation camp “Chaika” of Buinskiy district. We talked with children about the ecological way of life, preservation of forests and water bodies, alternatives to plastic bags and ways to reduce waste. During the event, participants were offered to jointly find solutions to environmental issues and participate in various entertaining games.

The fact of unlicensed use of subsoil was revealed and stopped by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan near the Nadezhdinskoe settlement of Pestrechinskiy district. As environmentalists have explained, the company has a license for extraction of common minerals (limestone), but it decided to conduct the development of mineral resources far beyond the designated area, as a result they caused damage for more than 70 million rubles. An administrative protocol has been drawn up in respect of the violator under Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

A round table was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan with the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Omsk Region, Ilya Lobov. The participants spoke about the experience of Tatarstan in the entrusted areas of activity. In particular, the interest of Ilya Lobov was raised by the issues of transition to a new system of solid municipal waste management, provision of water use contracts for the discharge of treated effluents, the need for an environmental impact assessment during the procedure for changing the boundaries of protected areas.

From September 19 to September 24, 2019, the XXIV International Bios Forum 2019 will be held in St. Petersburg. The event aims to discuss the problems of modern bio-politics and the environment, with possibility of environmental monitoring of technological progress and creation of prerequisites for a new bio-culture - culture of XXI century based on the best achievable technologies.

From the beginning of the year, the republican public reception office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received 5,930 appeals. Most of them – 3,442 - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application. According to the “People’s Control” system, ecologists reviewed 632 messages, 825 notifications were received via WhatsApp, Telegram, Eco.signal, “Hotline” communication channels. 1,031 appeals were received at the personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.

The summer school camp is functioning in full swing on the basis of the “Malo-Lyzinsky Secondary School” of Baltasinskiy district. Here, the staff of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a fascinating eco-lesson. They taught children to distinguish between medicinal herbs and nurture respect for nature, told about separate garbage collection. After the theoretical part, the teachers played several games with the children to consolidate the information received.

From September 4 to September 5, 2019, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Green Infrastructure of the Urban Environment: Current State and Development Prospects” will take place in the city of Voronezh.

ECO-summer continues in the republic. In July, yard camps will begin their work in the regions of Tatarstan. Sports, creative, recreational activities are prepared for children and adolescents, in order not only to provide a fun pastime, but also to teach the basics of ecological knowledge.

Employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, including the Central Territorial Administration, visited the Republican Children's Health and Educational Center “Koster”. Here, in the framework of Youth Day, Damir Valiullin, Head of the Information Systems and Environmental Education Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a conversation aimed at expanding the ecological outlook.

The Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a request from citizens that a wastewater discharge into the terrain was made in one of the cafes in Mamadyshskiy district. When the inspectors left to the address indicated, the violation was confirmed. The company allowed the discharge of household waste without treatment on the area of ​​50 sq.m.

Decisions on administrative punishment were issued in the form of a fine in the amount of 40,000 rubles, and an order was given to eliminate the revealed violation.
