The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksandr Shadrikov paid a working visit to Almetyevsk city. Here a presentation was held, within the framework of which the Head of the environmental department was presented the projects implemented in the area for construction and reconstruction of sewage networks, use of new technologies in treatment of water bodies, experience of the area in reclamation and disposal of landfills, as well as in terms of landscaping, improving air quality and environmental public education.

Survey of the territory involving aviation. In preparation for WorldSkills Kazan 2019, the World Professional Skills Championship, the First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, RT Chief State Inspector for Environmental Protection, Fayaz Shakirov made a helicopter fly over the republic’s regions. As a result of inspection of Laishevskiy, Chistopolskiy, Almetyevskiy, Bugulminskiy, Leninigorskiy and Cheremshanskiy districts, 71 violations of environmental legislation were revealed.

The first full-type container for separate collection of recyclables was installed in Innopolis city. It has six compartments for different types of recyclable materials: glass, plastic, waste paper, metal, textiles and polyethylene.

Future plans include increasing the number of container sites in Innopolis, as well as testing their filling sensors. These devices transmit to the regional operator a signal that the garbage collection container is full and it is time to take it out.

Employees of the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded an unauthorized landfill in the city of Nizhnekamsk. The violation was reported through the GIS “People's Control”. The landfill was a waste of production and consumption in the form of a film of polyethylene, cardboard, cash register checks, packaging materials from polymers and plastics. The total area of ​​littering was 56 sq.m. The offender is invited to draw up a protocol on an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Last fall, employees of the Southeast Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan discovered an unauthorized placement of asphalt concrete pavements on the territory of one of the construction organizations in Almetyevsk. At the time of the inspection, the clutter area was 120 sq.m. On this fact protocols were drawn up under Art. 8.2 Administrative Code and Part 2 of Art. 8.7 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

More than 100 bags of garbage were collected by initiative Leninogorsk residents as part of the “Clean Shore” campaign. Residents of the villages of Zai-Karatay, Kuakbash, Zelenaya Roshcha, Karkali, Staryi Kuvak took part in environmental activities. By joint efforts, the banks of the Sheshma and Sarbash rivers and a spring in Staryi Kuvak village were brought into proper sanitary condition.

Preliminary results of activities and plans for the future of the youth public movement “Will be clean” were discussed today at the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.

“The association of young people to protect nature is an important social phenomenon that has a huge impact on the quality of life of society. You are our vision of tomorrow, our new projects and fresh ideas”, said Aleksandr Shadrikov.

Work of the XXV Republican Ecological Camp-School “Biosphere” for gifted children was organized in the recreation and educational complex “Duslyk” from July 25 to August 11. 71 Tatarstan schoolchildren - winners of environmental contests at the municipal, republican and all-Russian levels - went deep into the study of general ecology, hydrobiology, plant and animal ecology, forestry, ecological tourism, entomology, soil science, and veterinary ecology.

The project of reclamation of an unauthorized landfill located in the vicinity of Prosti village of Nizhnekamskiy district was discussed today in the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the meeting, the current state of the landfill, results of surveys, monitoring of atmospheric air, surface water, soil and radiation conditions, stages of work on technical and biological remediation of an unauthorized landfill were examined.

Today, “Clean Tatarstan” program will tell about how to monitor the state of water bodies and atmospheric air in the republic.
