A working meeting between Aleksandr Shadrikov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, and heads of institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences was held in Moscow. During the meeting, issues of scientific support of the Ministry’s activities were discussed, including the development and testing of equipment in the Republic of Tatarstan aimed at reducing the negative impact of enterprises on the environment, monitoring of environmental components, as well as measures to restore the republic’s aquatic biological resources.

Today, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Federal State Institution “Sredvolgavodkhoz” organized a round table on topic: “Prevention of pollution of the Volga River, efficient use of water resources and recreational potential” on the site of Kazan Fair, as part of the X Specialized Congress and Exhibition Event “Clean Water. Kazan”. The moderator of the Round Table from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was Deputy Minister Shigapov Airat Minimarsilievich.

Today, a team of fighters for the respect for nature held the first open environmental lesson on the new textbook “Green Tatarstan” in the 35th lyceum of Kazan. Let us recall that this year 2 educational editions were published: a workbook for 1-graders “Green Path” and a manual for 5-graders “Green Tatarstan”. The initiator of the creation of these textbooks was the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan with support of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Tatarmultfilm creative association. Teaching aids were published in 1,500 copies each. Next year it is planned to publish materials for second and sixth grades, and in a year - for third and seventh grades and translate them into Tatar.

Employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded an unauthorized dump in the Tukayevskiy district. The total area of ​​littering was 15 sq.m. In relation to the official, a protocol on an administrative offense has been drawn up in accordance with Part 3 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. He faces a fine of 40 thousand rubles.

The Kazan City Children's Ecological and Biological Center has begun accepting applications for the XIV city ecological festival for the stage performance of schoolchildren “Sunny Bridge”. Circle members, pupils of general educational organizations of the city and creative groups of school age are invited to participate.

The application is submitted in person and in absentia till November 30, 2019. A full-time application form is accepted at the address Kosmonavtov str., 57 - it is necessary to perform the number in a stage costume and with musical accompaniment. Today the winners of the contest “Blooming Kazan” and “Flower Festival” were named in the Kazan City Hall. In total 308 applications were submitted for the competition. The best works were chosen by the residents of the city during the online voting. In the nomination “The best design of the adjacent territory for organizations and enterprises”, 1 place went to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Inspection of the territory of the city of Kazan, Laishevskiy, Verkhneuslonskiy, Zelenodolskiy, Rybno-Slobodskiy, Alekseyevskiy, Chistopolskiy, Apastovskiy and Kamsko-Ustyinskiy municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan was carried out by the First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief State Inspector for Environmental Protection Fayaz Shakirov. From a bird's eye view, 125 violations of environmental legislation were recorded.

Employees of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an environmental campaign “We are for a clean city!” at the Municipal Budgetary Pre-school Educational Institution “Altychech” in Buinsk. During the event, participants collected more than 11 kg of batteries and 1,672 plastic covers. All collected recyclables will be transferred to an organization that officially handles the recycling of used batteries.

In Naberezhnye Chelny, the opening of the Eco Asset-2019 project took place. More than 200 representatives of environmental associations from educational institutions of the city gathered at the Engineering Center of the Naberezhnye Chelny Institute of Kazan Federal University. The forum participants jointly identified plans for environmental activities and actions this academic year.

From October 17 to October 19, 2019, the Kazan Fair will host the anniversary international specialized exhibition and congress “Pure Water. Kazan”. This year more than 50 companies and institutions from 15 cities and 13 regions of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as from the Republic of Belarus will take part here.
