Employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan held a fascinating environmental lesson for the pupils of the “Solnyshko” kindergarten of the Kaleikino railway station settlement. As part of the lesson, the children sorted out of what materials the secondary raw materials consist of, and they were also looking for where the markings are hidden.

Activists of the youth ecological movement “Will Be Clean” told the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksandr Shadrikov today about the results of their work for 2019. The highlight of the meeting was a surprise for the Minister, prepared by the participants of the movement. Let us recall that OOO “OPU-30” in the Almetyevskiy district dumped toxic wastewater into the Maly stream, for which it was fined 400 thousand rubles. Analysis of water samples showed significant excesses in phenol by 4,405 times, in petroleum products by 466 times, in BPA by 249 times and other substances. The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan initiated a criminal case on the grounds of crime under Part 1 of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Pupils of the 6th grade of the Tatar-Russian school No. 80 of Kazan visited the analytical laboratory of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The tour was conducted for them by specialists from the Central Specialized Inspectorate for Analytical Control, the event was also attended by inspectors from the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan and activists of the “Will Be Clean” environmental youth movement.

Today, a public event for nature users was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the meeting, issues of atmospheric air protection and organization of work of nature users under adverse weather conditions, as well as implementation of regional state geological surveillance and monitoring of compliance with legislation on environmental impact assessment were discussed. Results of the regional state environmental supervision in 2019 were reviewed.

PO Tatvtorchermet OOO took measures to prevent repeated environmental violations on the territory of the enterprise. Let us recall that for non-compliance with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling waste from production and consumption since 2017, the company has been repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility. Now the enterprise has taken measures to eliminate the violations.

How important it is to turn off the light when leaving the room, how to promptly eliminate the leakage of water supply in houses - this and other issues were discussed with pupils of 9-11th grades at the Ivashkinskiy school of Cheremshanskiy municipal district. Specialists from South-Eastern Territorial Administration took part in the environmental lesson “My planet is my home!” Environmentalists have explained how our daily lives affect the health and well-being of the planet and all its inhabitants, and have revealed the topic of respect for natural resources in everyday life.

The territories of non-design storage facilities in Chistopolskiy district are recognized as radiation-free. Results of the work on rehabilitation of sites near ZAO Chistopol Watch Plant Vostok and in the Kubassky Forest were presented today by specialists of the Volga Territorial District of Federal State Unitary Enterprise “RosRAO” at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. “I want to say thanks for the work that was carried out on the territory of our republic. We always say that everything that is done should be done for the benefit of our residents. Thanks to the RosRAO company, a lot of work has been done, the issue has been resolved that has ripened from the 90s of the last century”, the Minister Aleksandr Shadrikov expressed gratitude to the specialists of RosRAO.
