8283 applications have been registered at the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year. These are 3,768 messages in the School Eco-patrol mobile application and 1,283 notifications received through the People's Control system. 177 requests were registered on the feedback platform "POS" and 3055 – through the Internet reception of the Ministry.

Andrey Vasilyevich Ermolaev, an experienced employee of the Ministry, an ecologist with 40 years of work experience, is going on a well-deserved rest today. The XVI BRICS Summit, dedicated to strengthening multilateralization for equitable global development and security, has ended in Kazan. Following the discussion, the participants adopted the Kazan Declaration, which included many issues previously considered by the relevant ministers of the participating countries.

Exactly one month has passed since the start of the All-Russian campaign "BoomBattle" in support of the national project "Ecology". Today, on the International Day without Paper, the interim results of the campaign in the regions have been summed up.

 

A press conference dedicated to the end of the season of the All-Russian campaign "Water of Russia" of the national project "Ecology" was held today. This year, more than 32 thousand kilometers of coasts were cleared throughout Russia, 20 thousand eco-educational events were held, which were attended by more than a million activists and volunteers from 89 regions of the country.

The Republic of India proposed the creation of an International Alliance of Big Cats in 2023 during the BRICS Leaders' summit in Johannesburg. The call for joint work to further promote the conservation and protection of the most vulnerable feline species was supported by the leaders of the countries at the XVI summit of the association in Kazan.

The member countries of the association support efforts in the environmental direction. Following the results of the XVI summit, the Kazan Declaration stated that the Clean BRICS Rivers initiative within the framework of the BRICS Environmentally Friendly Technologies Platform (BEST) will be further developed. 

 

A mobile recycling collection point will be open in Kazan this Sunday. The campaign will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. near the extreme park "URAM".
