The area of ​​unauthorized waste disposal was 125 square meters, volume - 67 cubic meters.

The decision of the Almetyevsk City Court issued a ruling on the appointment of a fine in the amount of 100,000 rubles in respect of Agrotorg and X5-remont companies. The violation was suppressed by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during a survey of the water protection zone of the Lesnoi Zai river. An administrative protocol was drawn up against an individual under Article 8.12.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation; at the request of ecologists, the citizen had to disassemble the metal fence.

Waste littered the territory with a total area of ​​208 square meters, with a volume of 270 cubic meters.

The littered area was 375 square meters.

The debris from the assembly and demolition of buildings was revealed by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan on the appeal of citizens from the Novaya Mikhailovka village. During the audit, it was established that these lands are leased by “Novo-Mikhailovka R” OOO.

In relation to the official, a protocol was drawn up on an administrative offense under article part 1 of article 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and a fine of 10 thousand rubles was imposed.
