Illegal actions were carried out using specialized equipment. At the time of the environmental survey, the area of disturbed lands was 172 square meters. Upon the unauthorized removal and movement of the fertile soil layer, the Leninogorsk enterprise was held administratively liable under Part 1 of Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, a fine was imposed. In addition, the offender will have to rehabilitate the land.
