The illegal mining of mineral resources in the Sugushlinsky rural settlement of Leninogorskiy district was stopped by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan at the beginning of the year. In pursuance of submission of inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology, the disturbed lands have been restored.

As part of an administrative investigation, inspectors from the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan found that the contractor that carried out the repair and construction work at the retail facility in Almetyevsk did not keep a record of movement of waste generated during the operation; according to this fact, the construction company was involved in administrative responsibility.

Employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the branch “Mekh uborki – Kama” brought the territory of gardening associations of the Leninogorskiy district into proper condition. As a result of the work, 20 cubic meters of garbage collected were removed.

The subsoil user did not connect the vessels used for the extraction of mineral resources to the GLONASS satellite navigation system. This violation was revealed during a raid by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the raid, employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed a violation of the rules for handling scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. In relation to an individual, a protocol on an administrative offense has been drawn up according to part 1 and 3 of Art. 8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
