During the survey, it was found out that the waste oil sludge was placed in a concrete pit, resulting in an overflow spill onto the soil. An administrative investigation was initiated against the perpetrator under Part 1 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The case materials were also transferred to the Department of Internal Affairs of Nizhnekamsk.
