Garbage dump was found in the Urussu village of the Yutazinskiy district. Unauthorized waste disposal was recorded by inspectors of the Priikskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the western part of the village, on the territory of the horticultural massif. Household waste and plant waste with a volume of 351 cubic meters were dumped on the soil, the area was 270 square meters.
The fact of dumping waste from demolition and dismantling of buildings on the soil was recorded by inspectors of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in Buinsk. The area of clutter at the intersection of R.Luxembourg and Arefiev streets was 100 square meters, volume - 25 cubic meters. Currently, unauthorized landfill disposal has been eliminated.
The results of the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period in April were discussed today during a press conference at the Tatar-inform Information Agency. The event, with the participation of the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksandr Shadrikov, was held online with journalists.
Residents of the Krasnaya street in Nizhnekamsk addressed the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan with a complaint about a neighbor who arranged a garbage dump near the house. The appeal was received through the “People’s Control” information system. Inspectors from the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan established at the site that a waste area of 45 square meters was littered with production and consumption waste.
The fact of violation of environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling production and consumption waste was revealed by inspectors of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Apastovskiy district. Garbage volume of 52 cubic meters was dumped on the soil in 700 meters from the Apastovo settlement. The total area of illegal storage amounted to 600 square meters.
A huge landfill of construction waste was arranged by unknown people in the Ursala microdistrict of Almetyevsk. The violation was recorded by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the consideration of citizens' appeals. An administrative investigation is underway, the violator faces a fine of 500 to 950 thousand rubles.
Since April 1, within the framework of the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period in the Republic of Tatarstan, 458 violations of environmental legislation have been stopped, 265 of which are places of unauthorized waste disposal. To date, more than half of the identified violations have been eliminated, 129 unauthorized dumps have been liquidated.
On April 1, the republic starts the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period. Today, the First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of environmental protection, Fayaz Shakirov, checked the readiness of municipalities to switch to an enhanced regime of cleaning territories. In view of the special sanitary and epidemiological regime in Tatarstan, the meeting was held in videoconferencing mode.
