The traditional nature protection campaign "March of Parks" took place in the national park "Nizhny Kama".

Employees of the Zakamsky and Volga-Kama departments conducted eco-lessons on the topic of separate garbage collection. The experts explained to the children which waste is called "clean" - those that can be recycled (paper, cardboard, plastic and glass bottles), and which waste is called "dirty", that is, those that are not recyclable - light bulbs, batteries, accumulators.

The inspectors of the Central Department went to the 116 lyceum and told the students about the eco-habits. The students learned how to live environmentally friendly in a megalopolis and take care of the world around them.

Employees of the Ministry of Ecology visited kindergartens in Arsk, Buinsk and Vysokogorsky district and told about the main rules of the ecological school. The kids themselves suggested that it was necessary to take waste paper, batteries, plastic bottles to reception points, take care of animals and plants.

In the Elabuga multilingual educational complex "Adymnar-Alabuga", a quiz on the topic "Water connoisseurs" was held for 8th grade students. Employees of the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology also took part in it. The quiz was held in the format of a team game. 

The eco-event "Safety of kids" was held in the kindergarten "Skazka" in the city of Buinsk. Inspectors of the Zavolzhsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology also took part in it. The lesson was held in the format of a quest game.

The holiday is not new, it appeared in 1994. 

As part of the sanitary and ecological two-month period, an urban "Eco-run" was held in Naberezhnye Chelny. The event was attended by 195 people. Schoolchildren and students of the city jointly cleared about 3 hectares of territory.
