Littering the land on the border of the Dzhalil town-settlement of the Sarmanovskiy district was found by inspectors of the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan with the help of a quadrocopter. The area of construction waste from the demolition of garages was 3.3 hectares. A request was sent to the Executive Committee of the Sarmanovskiy municipal district on the elimination of unauthorized waste disposal.
The fact of land spoilage with oil products was revealed by inspectors of the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with employees of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The violation was recorded in the area of the oil depot in Nizhnekamsk on the area of 27 square meters. A specialized inspection of analytical control took soil samples to determine the class of pollution hazard.
An attempt to dump rubber products illegally has been failed. Violation in the territory of garage cooperative No. 13 of Nizhnekamsk was caught on the surveillance camera. To take action, the chairman of the garage cooperative contacted the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology conduct an administrative investigation, identify the car owner.

For the purpose of the survey, environmentalists left for the site, but it was not possible to identify the offender by analyzing the morphological composition of the garbage. To take measures to eliminate clutter, information was sent to the Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamskiy district.
Residents of the Krasnaya street in Nizhnekamsk addressed the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan with a complaint about a neighbor who arranged a garbage dump near the house. The appeal was received through the “People’s Control” information system. Inspectors from the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan established at the site that a waste area of 45 square meters was littered with production and consumption waste.
The teachers of the Children's Ecological and Biological Center at an environmental lesson told about the careful attitude to water bodies. According to the results of inspections fines totaling 44,000 rubles were imposed under art. 8.1 of Administrative Code.
The VIII Republican Ecological Schoolchildren's Festival “Nature and We”, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the youth movement in Russia, was held at the Children's Ecological and Biological Center. The festival was attended by pupils of educational organizations and institutions of additional education and activists of children's public environmental organizations.
Interesting lessons on separate collection and recycling of waste were conducted by specialists of the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in schools No. 7 and No. 15 of Nizhnekamsk. During the lessons, the guys held quizzes, solved crosswords, actively answered questions - thus, they learned to see not ordinary garbage in waste but raw materials for recycling and came to the conclusion that separate collection is useful for the environment and the economy.
Information about the violation of land legislation in the Nizhnekamskiy district was received through the People’s Control system. Employees of the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan made a trip to the address indicated in the appeal. As a result, an individual was brought to administrative responsibility.
