The Naberezhnye Chelny City Court ruled on the suit of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Environmentalists have applied for compensation for harm caused to the environment as a result of illegal dumping of waste from winter cleaning on the soil in January 2019. Snow samples taken in the Industrial and Communal Zone of Naberezhnye Chelny were assigned to hazard class 4 and were toxic. The damage was estimated at 7.4 million rubles.

According to the results, an excess of relatively maximum permissible concentrations was noted for sulfates (1.6 and 1.3 times) and manganese (3 and 3.9 times). According to specialists of the Central Specialized Inspectorate for Analytical Control of the Ministry of Ecology, based on many years of observations, the indicators do not pose a threat to the water body and its inhabitants and are characteristic of Myosha.
Restoration work on the site of an unauthorized removal of the fertile soil layer was carried out by the intruder in the Kuyuki village of the Pestrechinskiy district. Reclamation was carried out in accordance with the instructions of inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Let us recall, the violation was recorded by environmentalists in April. Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology brought the violator to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 8.2 Administrative Code, under part 1 of Article. 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Illegal storage has also been eliminated. The penalty has been voluntarily paid.
The fact of land spoilage with oil products was revealed by inspectors of the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with employees of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The violation was recorded in the area of the oil depot in Nizhnekamsk on the area of 27 square meters. A specialized inspection of analytical control took soil samples to determine the class of pollution hazard.

Within two days, the landfill was liquidated.
