Today during a staff meeting, the results of the work done by the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration for the first half of 2020 were reported at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Since the beginning of the year, the inspectors of the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration have identified 129 unauthorized dumps, 121 of which have been liquidated.
Scrap and waste of ferrous metals, fluorescent lamps. All this was stored on the soil by the owner of the Chelny reception point. The total area of the unauthorized placement was 210 square meters. The inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan who revealed the violation reported that the individual did not have a license for storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, and there was no hard coating on the territory of the point itself.
At the time of inspection of the territory by ecologists, the use of subsoil was not carried out, the well was inoperative. For this fact, the legal entity was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 8.9 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and a fine was imposed. An order on elimination of the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense was issued.
Failure to comply with requirements for waste management was revealed in the Aviastroitelny district of Kazan, according to citizens’ reports. Garbage was recorded on Leningradskaya street on the area of more than 300 square meters. Now the inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan are establishing the right holder of the land plot. A request was sent to the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Tatarstan.
The raid on the Nizhnekamsk reservoir was carried out by inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. They found that the dredger, which has a license for exploration and production of sand and gravel rocks, went beyond the block agreed for work in the current year.

The total area of unauthorized placement was 340 square meters, volume - 160 cubic meters.
After the information that the base, which is not licensed and receives ferrous and non-ferrous metals, was confirmed, the message was sent to the police. Together with the arrived law enforcement officers, the territory of the reception point on Shosseinaya street was inspected, the fact of scrap storage on the area of 181 square meters was established.
Today, the Head of Territorial Administration Nail Garipov reported on results achieved at the operational meeting. Let us recall that the department carries out regional environmental supervision in the territories of Agryzskiy, Aktanyshskiy, Elabuzhskiy, Mamadyshskiy, Mendeleyevskiy, Menzilinskiy, Tukayevskiy districts and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. Since the beginning of the year, inspectors have carried out 624 inspections - 697 violations have been identified, and their elimination has been taken under control. As compensation for damage to the environment and natural resources, 8.5 million rubles were collected. Criminal cases were initiated on 3 materials of the department.
Damage from the actions of the violator in Staryi Ishteryak village of the Leninogorskiy district amounted to 2 million 137 thousand rubles. Let us recall that unlicensed production of crushed stone on a plot of 970 square meters was identified by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in February of this year. The main part of the extracted mineral resources was stored at the guard point for further sale, part has already been bought and taken to the facility in the Nurlatskiy district. Administrative proceedings are underway under part 1 of article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, the company faces a fine of up to 1 million rubles.
Inspectors from the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded the moment of loading chernozem soil into the dump truck body in the Kuyuki village of the Pestrechinskiy district during the raid. The total area of soil layer removal was 125 square meters. Inspection materials for making a procedural decision were transferred to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
