As it turned out, the garbage was stored in the territory near the official landfill. Construction, bulky waste, garbage from dwellings were discovered on the soil. In addition, at the dumping site, environmentalists seized documents of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. According to a preliminary analysis of documentary evidence, the waste was received from enterprises of Almetyevsk, Aznakayevo, Bugulma and Leninogorsk. The total area of cluttering amounted to 3900 square meters.
For violation of the rules for temporary storage of waste and soil contamination with oil products in the city of Bugulma, a fine of 600 thousand rubles was imposed on the company. Due to the fact that the penalty was not paid within the time period established by law, its amount was doubled in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 20.25 of the Administrative Code. At the moment, Kazan Production Association has paid the full fine - 1,200,000 thousand rubles.
