Applications for participation in All-Russian contest “Volunteer of Russia-2017”

Leaders, chiefs and representatives of volunteer, voluntary non-profit organizations and associations, initiative volunteer groups aged 18 to 30 are invited to participate in the All-Russian contest “Volunteer of Russia – 2017”.
The contest is held in the following categories:
- Environmental volunteering (volunteering in the field of environmental protection and solving environmental problems);
- Social volunteering (volunteer activities aimed at helping disabled people, orphanages, elderly single people);
- Medical volunteering (volunteer activity in the field of health, aimed to improve the quality of medical care at all its stages: preventive, curative, and rehabilitation);
- Victory volunteering (volunteer activities aimed at civic-patriotic upbringing and preservation of historical memory);
- Volunteering in the field of culture (volunteering in projects of cultural orientation, held in museums, libraries, theaters, cinemas, cultural centers, parks, etc.);
- Volunteering in emergency situations (volunteer activities in the field of protecting the population and territories in emergency situations);
- The organizer of volunteering (activities aimed at creating effective conditions for involving young people in volunteering, forming a community of volunteers);
- Silver volunteering (voluntary activity, which includes citizens aged 50+ (volunteer mentors), who have an active social position and have valuable experience, who participate in solving social problems and implement volunteer projects of different directions with transfer of experience to the younger generation) .
The contest among non-profit voluntary organizations is held on the nomination “Volunteer Center”, which can be participated by:
- Student volunteer centers (volunteer centers of higher education institutions and profile education institutions);
- Municipal volunteer centers (volunteer centers of municipalities in the region);
- Regional volunteer centers (volunteer centers in the region);
- Municipal offices of Victory Volunteers;
- Regional offices of Victory Volunteers;
- Regional branches of the All-Russian Public Volunteer Movement in the field of healthcare “Volunteers-physicians”;
- Regional volunteer environmental offices.
The contest among solo performers, musical collectives, volunteer mentors is held on the nomination “The Hymn of Volunteers” (author's song contest dedicated to the volunteer movement).
To participate in the contest, register on the https://volunteers.ru.rf/2017. The names of the winners will be announced on December 5, 2017 during the All-Russian Forum of Volunteers
