Inspection on areas of Zavolzhsky Administration. Ecologists checked sanitary condition of Bolshiye Kaibitsy

Dumps of metals, wood, bricks, rubber tires were recorded by the inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Kaibitsky district. During the check of the sanitary condition of the village of Bolshye Kaybitsy, five unauthorized waste disposal sites were identified. Persons who have committed pollution of the territory will be prosecuted under Article 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Non-compliance with environmental and sanitary and epidemiological requirements when handling production and consumption wastes, substances that deplete the ozone layer or other dangerous substances” and according to Article 3.6 of the Administrative Code of the RT “Violation of municipal rules for the improvement of the territories of settlements and urban districts, municipal rules for waste management”. The offenders committed to eliminate garbage dumps during the sanitary-ecological two-month campaign,.
