Final meeting of territorial bodies of RosPrirodNadzor is held in Tatarstan

Today the heads of all territorial bodies of RosPrirodNadzor gathered in Tatarstan. Head of the Federal Service for supervision of nature management Artem Sidorov in Kazan holds a meeting on the results of 2016.
The Federal Service for supervision of nature management is a federal executive body exercising federal state environmental supervision. The main purpose of it is to ensure environmental safety and rational nature management, reduce the number of regions that are most affected by environmental factors.

Comprehensive exercises aimed at working out actions in case of emergency oil spills were held in the Zainsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 11 months, 5,691 messages were received at the Republican Public Environmental Reception. Of these, 5,315 appeals are 93.3% of all received appeals, which have already been resolved.
During a survey of the territory of the Privolzhsky district of Kazan, inspectors from the Central Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded violations of environmental legislation.
