Subsoil users can remain without profit. Conditions of extraction on water changed

Those who have not made changes to the license for the subsoil use may remain without profitin this season, environmentalistswarn. Innovations relate to subsoil users engaged in the extraction of common minerals in the water areas of the Kuibyshev and Nizhnekamsk reservoirs. Since this year, every extraction water craft should be connected to the unified state information system of the Republic of Tatarstan by means of satellite navigation equipment GLONASS or GLONASS/GPS. The amendments were made to the procedure for the use of subsoil of local significance on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The innovation will allow to accurately track the location of each craft used for the extraction of the resources on-line, and prevent production beyond the limits. Special control will be exercised over the extraction of common minerals in spawning areas during the spawning period in order to conserve water biological resources.
