This violation was revealed by inspectors of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the beginning of November. Within the framework of the administrative investigation it was established that the fence was located on the municipal land. An order on elimination of the violation was referred to the Executive committee, where it was decided to demolish the facility without judicial proceedings. "A 20-meter coastal area is meant for public use. Over this year, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology revealed more than 1.5 thousand violations in the field of the use and protection of water facilities. The fines were imposed on the offenders in the amount of more than 8.5 million rubles", reported Deputy Head of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Almaz Ismagilov. - "The claims over 43 facts of restriction of free access of citizens to the public water body and its coastal area (Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation) have been lodged at the courts of various resorts. Administrative investigations have been initiated over other facts". Raids of inspectors on revelation and prevention of the violations of the Water Protection Legislation, as well as inspections on compliance with the issued instructions are continued.
