The Deputy Minister for Ecology of Tatarstan took part in the VIII All-Russian Meeting of Geologists

Today, the Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Use of Mineral Resources, Radik Gaynetdinov, took part in the VIII All-Russian Meeting of Geologists. It is the most large-scale event in the life of a professional geological community, the main task whereof is to discuss the relevant problems of the geological study of subsurface resources and subsurface resources management, coordinate current approaches and plan the key strategic steps for development of the geological field. More than 2,000 field experts, representatives of academic and field science, geology-related companies, users of mineral resources, the adjacent ministries and authorities, the Government and the Chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation participated in the VIII All-Russian Meeting.The participants were greeted by the President of the Russian Federation, Chairperson of the Government, the Federal Council and the State Duma of the Russian Federation.Delegates and participants of the VIII All-Russian Meeting of Geologists acknowledge that between the VII and the VIII meetings, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, the Federal Subsurface Management Agency and the Russian Geological Society made considerable efforts to implement the recommendations of the VII All-Russian Meeting of Geologists.The "Strategy for the development of the geological field up to 2030" has been developed; the legislation has been amended and supplemented to enhance the investment attractiveness of the use of mineral resources; and the extended reproduction of certain most important types of mineral resources has been ensured. The event is organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, and the Federal Subsurface Management Agency.
