An illegal quarry was detected by inspectors of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department in Tukaevo district. The offender will be subject to legal liability

"Black diggers" will be subject to legal liability for the damage they inflicted on the mineral resources amounting to more than 1 million rubles. Within the framework of the State ecological monitoring, inspectors of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, revealed violation of the nature protection legislation on the territory of Ishteryakovsky rural settlement of Tukaevo district: the use of mineral resources without the license to use mineral resources (churning stone) on the total area of 797 square meters at a depth from 1.8 to 4.5 m. Ecological specialists drew a protocol on administrative violation according to Article 7.3, part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Use of mineral resources without a license". The quarry was developed using special equipment, namely an excavator and several KAMAZ trucks. The confiscated mineral resources made up 2,510 cubic meters.  According to the estimate carried out by the experts of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology, the damage inflicted on the nature amounted to 1,147,070 rubles. 

                The materials were referred to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Tukaevo District of the Republic of Tatarstan to initiate criminal proceedings.
