The X All-RussianCongress “State regulation of nature protection and ecological safety assurance in 2016” will be held in Moscow

Heads of companies and organizations, leading ecological specialistsare invited to participate in the X All-RussianCongress “State regulation of nature protection and ecological safety assurance in 2016”.It is planned to hold the event on April6 – 7, 2016 in Moscow at the hotel “Baltschug Kempinski Moscow”. The event is organized by the Groupof companies «Agency for the social and economic development”.The criteria of assignment of the 4th category to the facilities exerting negative impact, the procedure of accounting for the facilities exerting negative influence on the environment, as well as estimation and collection of payments for the negative impact, and a new procedure for passporting of wastes of I-IVhazard classeswill be reviewed during the conference.

         The most relevant topics include production ecological control: innovations of the years 2015-2016; a new system of standardization of exerting impact on the environment and implementation of regulations 416-FZ; elaboration of regulations for the state regulation of emission of greenhouse gases; protection of the rights of legal entities when enforcing state ecological surveillance, as well as other topics.
