The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation has elaborated an application form to register the facilities that have a negative impact on the environment

In compliance with the document, an application containing general information on the facility and its impact on the environment form the basis for the registration of such a facility along with the information on availability of authorization documents and on the nature protection measures implemented at the facility. Considering completeness of the information submitted by entrepreneurs in the approved form, by order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, a series of acts that also envisagedsubmission by legal entities and sole entrepreneurs of the information on the sources of emissions of pollutants into the air, as well as on their quantity and composition are deemed ineffective.Moreover, the information submitted in the application will be taken into consideration to refer the facility to any of the given categories: I, II, III or IV.The state registration of facilities that have negative impact on the environment, is aimed at obtainment of reliable information on their activity, determination of the areas of application of the best available technologies, program and target methods of planning, as well as for the purposes of planning of the state ecological surveillance, as it is reported on the official website of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation.
