The water area of the Kazanka river was inspected

Today, inspectorsoftheCentralTerritorialDepartmentunder the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with representatives of Kazan Interdistrict Nature Protection Prosecutor’s Officeinspected the water area of the Kazanka river to reveal unauthorized discharges into the river and to further identify offenders and hold them administratively liable. Dischargeofwastewatersfromthe storm water drain was detected on the left shore of the Kazanka.Experts of the Central Specialized Inspection for Analytical Control under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstandrew samples of waste waters and natural waters, following the results whereof the damage inflicted on the water facility will be estimated. Atpresent, theadministrativeproceedings have been initiated against offenders and those who allowed discharge of polluted waste waters into Kaban Lake.
