The campaign for collection of used batteries

The campaign “Collect used batteries — save the planet” was held at the municipal budgetary secondary educational establishment “Vocational school No. 27 with lessons in Tatar” in 48 Esperanto str. of Vakhitovsky district of Kazan. The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Pupils of the 4th form collected more than 2,000 pieces of used batteries. The pupils were told about the necessity of collection, correct recovery and processing of such wastes.
The event is aimed at distribution of ecological knowledge in the young generation of the Republic, and fostering of careful attitude to the natural resources and the environment.
