Summarization of results of activity of the Trans-Volga Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan

Inthecontextoffulfillmentoffunctionsregarding state ecological control exercised by the Trans-Volga Territorial Department in 2013, all in all, 216 inspections were carried out. In the course of the carried out measures, 371 violations were detected, and 313 violations were eliminated.
With regard to the detected violations, state inspectors of the Trans-Volga Territorial Department drew up 312 protocols on administrative offences.
Allinall, administrative sanctions in the form of fineswereimposedto the amount of 897 thousand rubles, while970 thousand rubles worth of fines were collected.
Liability claims wereraisedagainstoffendersfor gross violations of nature protection legislation. Two claims amounting to 47,793 thousand rubles were referred to courts.
From January 9, 2013 to December 31, 2013, 65 places of unauthorized waste placement were entered into the geo-information system “Monitoring of sites of unauthorized waste placement” withregardtothefactsofdetectedsitesofunauthorizedwasteplacement, while 63 of them, according to their status, have been “Liquidated” by now.
Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
The events were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about violations of environmental legislation in the Yelabuga district. Inspectors from the Kama Department went to the site and confirmed the fact of dumping production and consumption waste into the territory of the Bug River water protection zone.
