964 warnings on violation of environmental requirements have been issued by the Ministry of Ecology since the beginning of the year.
Since the beginning of 2026, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Tatarstan has issued 964 warnings against violating mandatory requirements.
Most of the violations are related to waste management — 62%. Violations in the sphere of subsurface use, water use and protection of atmospheric air are also recorded.:
- mineral resources — 21%
- water — 6%
- atmosphere — 1%
- other — 10% (failure to comply with the obligation to apply for state registration of facilities)
One of these cases is a landfill of construction debris, broken bricks, tires and felling residues near the village of Bolshye Kabany in the Laishevsky district. A warning has already been sent to the Executive Committee of the district for this.
Violations in waste management are subject to liability under Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The fine threatens both officials and legal entities.
