The Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan summed up the work of the trade union
A meeting of the primary trade union organization was held at the Ministry of Ecology today. Yulia Nikolaeva, Chairman of the trade union, made a report on the results of work for 2025 and plans for 2026.
In her speech, she elaborated on socially significant areas of work. So, last year, the trade union allocated funding for 11 events for employees and their families. It has become traditional to congratulate the children of employees on the International Children's Day — the children received certificates to the Detsky Mir store.
The trade union Committee also organized a collection of humanitarian aid for the soldiers participating in the special military operation. In February, the 7th package with necessary things and products was sent.
At the end of the meeting, the head of the trade union answered all the questions of the employees.
"We are ready to listen to everyone and find solutions together that will contribute to the well-being and development of our team," Yulia Nikolaeva added.
It should be recalled that the contribution of the trade union of the Ministry of Ecology was previously noted at a high level. The chairman of the trade union was awarded the medal of the Russian Ministry of Defense "For Labor Valor".
