Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a professional visit for the Kazan enterprise
The inspectors of the Central Department paid a preventive visit to the RIA.L Limited Liability Company, which specializes in the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles.
Environmentalists have revealed that the company does not have a developed Action Plan to reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air during periods of adverse meteorological conditions, which is a violation of Article 19 of the Federal Law "On Atmospheric Air Protection". The inspectors also revealed unauthorized storage of waste near the container site on the territory of the enterprise.
Following the results of the visit to RIA.L, an order has been issued to eliminate the identified violations.
Let us recall that preventive visits are conducted by employees of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with Article 52.1 of Federal Law No. 248 "On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation." As part of such events, environmentalists are authorized to inspect facilities, request necessary documentation, and take samples for subsequent analysis and examination.
