At the Upper Arbash school named after A. H. Gazizullin, Kukmorsky district the XIV Republican ecological and geographical conference "Through search and creativity - to perfection" was held.
Applications for participation were submitted by more than 300 schoolchildren from all over Tatarstan. They presented their research papers in three sections: "Ecological and biological", "Small Homeland" and "Contribution to Nature". The work was evaluated by inspectors from the Northern Department of the Ministry of Ecology.
The students prepared research on topical environmental issues, such as the state of soils and water resources. The guys offered ideas to improve the ecological situation of their native land. For example, the creation of health trails, separate waste collection points and the development of ecotourism.
"It's nice to see that the younger generation is interested in the state of the world around them and strives to contribute to the conservation of nature. I am sure that for many of the guys, the experience of participating in the conference will be an important step in choosing a future profession," the inspectors of the Northern Directorate noted.
An exhibition of drawings and crafts made from recycled materials was also opened at the conference, which once again proved that unnecessary things can be given a second life.
An award ceremony was held at the end of the event. The jury members presented diplomas to all the participants and thanked the guys for their interesting scientific research.
